心得與說明
時長與鏡頭：整條只有一個緩慢推近的鏡頭，沒有剪切，10 秒剛好；5 秒版本刪掉海鷗和楓葉兩句即可。雙重曝光的關鍵是"剪影外面乾淨、剪影裏面在動"，所以動態元素都寫在剪影內部。
怎麼填變量：[海邊日落] 可換"[櫻花飄落的街道]""[極光下的雪原]""[城市夜景車流]"；做婚禮影片時，把最後一句改成"兩個剪影慢慢牽起手"；做單人版，把"一對情侶"改成"一個女孩的側臉剪影"。
常見失敗與調整：
- 剪影變成了真實人臉：在開頭加"剪影內部看不到五官，只看到風景"。
- 剪影邊緣抖動、閃爍：保留負面詞，並把運鏡改為"固定機位"。
- 畫面太灰：雙重曝光容易發灰，加"高對比、剪影輪廓清晰"，配色只留 2–3 種。
