時長與鏡頭：4 個場景連在一起約 8–10 秒，是一個連續鏡頭裏的 4 個動作，不需要切鏡頭。時長只有 5 秒時，只保留場景 1 和場景 4。
參考圖怎麼拍：全身、正面、光線均勻、背景乾淨，衣服的關鍵細節（印花、釦子、包）要清楚。參考圖只露半身，模型就會自己"腦補"下半身和鞋子。請只用本人或已獲授權的照片。
怎麼填變量：把 [棒球夾克] 換成參考圖裏實際的外套名稱，比如"米色風衣""牛仔外套"；沒有口袋就把場景 1 改成"雙手自然擺動"。
常見失敗與調整：
- 走着走着臉變了：減少轉頭動作，刪掉場景 2；把"保持五官不變"放在提示詞最前面。
- 走路像滑行、腿部扭曲：加一句"每一步腳跟先着地，步幅自然"，並降低速度"慢慢走"。
- 印花圖案糊掉：圖案越複雜越難保持，可以在描述裏寫清"胸前是[一隻白色小熊印花]"。
